• Payment Information: Processed directly and securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We do not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Match your background with active direct company ATS listings (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday).
• Help you organize, bookmark, and track your direct applications to company career sites.
• Synthesize customized cover letters and screening responses using Career Hound AI tools.
• Process billing transactions and subscription passes through Dodo Payments.

3. AI Processing & Matching Architecture

Career Hound leverages enterprise neural NLP algorithms to analyze resume compatibility and formulate screening responses. Your resumes and profile data are processed within secure, enterprise-grade cloud environments and are never used to train public third-party foundation models.
