2. Description of Service

Career Hound provides direct-to-company job discovery, aggregating verified career listings from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and other ATS systems without middleman recruiters. We also offer AI-powered resume enhancement, saved job bookmarking, and direct company application links.

3. Billing & Payments (Dodo Payments)

All subscription plans (Weekly Job Hunt Pass, Monthly Unlimited, 1-Year Annual Pass) are billed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments Inc.:

• Recurring Billing: Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date via the customer billing portal.
• Taxes: Dodo Payments automatically calculates and remits applicable sales tax, GST, or VAT based on your jurisdiction.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the quality of direct job feeds or search tools.

4. Direct ATS Application & Search Guidelines

Career Hound provides direct, verified links to employer career and ATS application portals:

• You warrant that all information, experience, work history, and contact details provided in your profile and submitted to employers are accurate and truthful.
• Career Hound does not guarantee employment or interview offers, as hiring decisions rest exclusively with the prospective employers.
• You apply directly on employers' official portals in accordance with each employer's specific hiring procedures.

5. Limitation of Liability

Career Hound is not responsible for changes made by external companies to their job postings, ATS form structure, or third-party hiring decisions. In no event shall Career Hound or Dodo Payments be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
